Our standard courier service is charged at a price of RM15 - RM20, however for a small additional cost we can provide a next day delivery within West Malaysia.
Please make sure all addresses are accurate and include the postal town and postal code, together with the recipients' telephone number. This enables us and the carries to speedily and accurately deliver your gifts. Inaccurate addresses maybe incur extra delivery charges to yourself, and an inevitable delay.
DELIVERIES
Orders are normally delivered via a 48 hour courier service or by our delivery term. However, next day delivery can be arranged. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. If there is no reply from the delivery address when our Courier delivers your parcel they will try to deliver it on another occasion making sure to leave a card.
It is the customers' responsibility to respond to that card and arrange a delivery time suitable to them or collect the parcel from their local depot. If no contact is made by the customer with the courier the parcel will be sent back to LEC. The parcel can be dispatched again at the request of the customer but a second delivery charge will be made.
Deliveries can be made direct to the individual recipient or in bulk to your company address. An international distribution service is available as we.
SPECIAL DELIVERY
If you have any special delivery requirements do not hesitate to contact us at 606-282 8833. For those purchases above RM100 (RM138 during peak season) of hampers from HQ, free delivery within a distance of 15km. Large orders to one address may be delivered by our own transport to the location and date specified by yourselves.
SELF COLLECTION
Gifts may be collected personally. Please telephone or fax your requirements in advance to book in your collection time.
Remarks:
We are unable to guarantee a specific time or day of delivery in peek season. Recipients who are unable to accept and sign for their parcel will be left a card to telephone our carrier to agree a suitable time for delivery collection.
If you are ordering a gift for delivery to a business address, please ensure that you check when they are closing for seasonal to ensure we agree with you the best date to send the gift off in good time.
QUOTATION
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a change in cost structure, including any tax incensement.
SUBSTITUTIONS
LEC endeavors to ensure that descriptions are accurate; we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed are unavailable. All photos shown are for reference purposes only.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, all major credit cards, and cheque. Credit accounts can be arranged subject to the normal checks and approval. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full, unless a credit account has been applied for and approved.
